Plots Available on First Come, First Served Basis

2023. Get-A-Plot or Renew-A-Plot in January. Interested in gardening in 2022? Plots are leased by the end of January for the upcoming growing season. You should apply ASAP for 2023. Don't wait for a beautiful spring day. Plan ahead!

2023. Get-A-Plot-Now. We often have plots that become available during the year.  If you are interested, get in touch today. We're a big garden and we can have unexpected vacancies come up any time. Join Mid-Season Wait List.

Process. Upon expressing interest in gardening with us, you are given a priority number on our Wait List. To be considered, complete the Applicant Info Form, (download MS Word or Acrobat PDF) attach to  a message via our contact form, select "Get A Plot" as the subject.

Agreement

Our Gardener's Agreement, signed upon entry into our community, expires at the end of a calendar year. The contract must be renewed and paid at our mandatory annual meeting in January. The agreement outlines plot holders responsibilities, as well as our rules and expectations.

Our Plots

Plot Size. We have raised-bed plot sizes ranging from 8x12 feet to 8x24 feet.

Plot Fee. Annual plot fees range from $48.00 for the smallest to $96.00 for the largest. View Details

Service Fee. In addition, there is a refundable Service Fee of $125.00. That fee is refunded at $30.00 a day for attendance at each of three Community Days for the general maintenance of our gardens. View Details
