Saturday, June 3, 2022 from 8 am to Noon.

This is a time for the community to come together for general maintenance of the gardens.

Plot Holders are obligated to participate in Community Days under their Gardeners Agreement. Non-plot holder volunteers are welcome. There is always plenty to do in our plots and specialty gardens as each season progresses. We all pitch in, work hard, and make friends.

Sign up now to let the garden manager know that you will be there.

“The mission of Lake Highlands Community Garden is to strengthen and support organic community food gardening efforts through the promotion of sustainable practices, responsible environmental stewardship, education, and community service.”

Our New Branding

Take off those dirty garden gloves and give a virtual “handshake” to our talented graphics volunteers.

Web Designer, Linda Ivanov at Gardens for Texas, has worked closely with Bronson Havard for the past several months to develop a new website and expand our online presence. Graphic Designer, Mark Gates created our beautiful new logos.

Our new branding can be seen throughout the new, state-of-the art responsive website, LHCG email, electronic newsletter, Google+, and elsewhere.
