Chairman Selected for 10th Anniversary Celebration

Ann West, a gardener since 2014 in Plot 41 chaired the historic Tenth Anniversary celebration on April 8, 2018. More than 300 persons have been involved as plot gardeners since 2008, when LHCG was founded by a small neighborhood group in Lake Highlands. They asked the City of Dallas to allow them to garden a vacant area of the old Texas National Guard Armory site on Goforth Road in Lake Highlands. Literally hundreds of other volunteers have helped in the garden on a part-time basis over the years.
