Not all sites are exclusively organic (ie. Dallas County Master Gardeners Association), but will give you an organic answer if informed of your gardening methods.

Since those districts cover north central and much of central Texas, there is quite a bit of variability within the area. Therefore, take that into consideration and modify this list by as much as 1-2 weeks, depending on your location

City of Plano's new online Composting Food Waste eLearning course. This self-paced, interactive learning module teaches the basics of indoor and outdoor worming composting as a way to safely recycle food waste. Learners can navigate easily through the videos and information screens to familiarize themselves with the basics of composting or to review information learned from a previous session. The module includes a resource section with downloadable checklists, troubleshooting guide and worm composting brochure.
